Abstract

^{This study aims to examine the social interactions formed among participants in the arts activities at the Pusat Latihan Seni Sanggam in Tanjung Pinang. This center serves as an important space for individuals of various ages and backgrounds to learn and develop skills in the arts, such as dance, music, and visual arts. Through a qualitative analysis, this research explores how the social interactions that occur among participants strengthen social bonds, enrich cultural experiences, and shape their social and cultural identities. These interactions not only foster collaboration among individuals but also play a key role in the preservation and development of local culture. Based on findings, the arts at Pusat Latihan Seni Sanggam provide an essential platform for reinforcing social ties, creating inclusive spaces for various groups, and enhancing understanding across generations. Additionally, the arts help participants cultivate a sense of pride in local culture and foster social solidarity within the artistic community. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of the role of the arts in the formation of social identities and the strengthening of social relationships within cultural communities.}
